Papa John’s becomes official club partner of MK Dons

New partnership will see a Papa John's kiosk open in the East Stand at Stadium MK from this Sunday...

Milton Keynes Dons are delighted to announce a new and exciting club partnership with the global brand of Papa John’s (GB) Ltd.

The commitment between MK Dons and Papa John’s is for six years, providing significant investment for the Football Club.

The extensive partnership agreement will see Papa John’s partner up with the Club’s social media channels, as well as sponsor the now-named Papa John’s Goal of the Month Award. Papa John’s will also receive substantial branding around Stadium MK.

A key part of the new club partnership is a brand-new Papa John’s kiosk in the East Stand at Stadium MK, meaning from the Portsmouth game on Sunday 29th December, MK Dons fans will be able to enjoy freshly-cooked Papa John’s pizza on matchdays.

MK Dons Chairman Pete Winkelman said: “We are delighted to be working with Papa John’s - another major international brand with their headquarters here in Milton Keynes.

“Our new partnership brings an exciting and innovative addition to our stadium experience, available for MK Dons supporters and all those who visit Stadium MK.”

Liz Williams, Managing Director of Papa John’s UK, said: “Papa John’s are proud to have its UK headquarters in Milton Keynes and we were keen to offer more support to our local community, which is obviously where the employees at our head office and five local branches live. As MK Dons are a huge part of the community, it made perfect sense for us to work together.

“When we were offered the opportunity to create a Papa John’s kiosk at Stadium MK, it made even more sense to us. We take huge pride in our products, so we are delighted that Dons fans will be able to buy freshly-cooked Papa John’s pizza on matchdays.”
