Vacancy: Lead Professional Development Phase Coach

MK Dons are recruiting a new Lead Professional Development Phase Coach to work within the Club’s prestigious Academy.

MK Dons’ Academy is famed for producing a number of professional footballers including England and Tottenham Hotspur star Dele Alli.

George Baldock, Seyi Ojo and Kevin Danso are among the others to have come through the Club’s youth tanks while there are currently nine Academy products in the current first-team squad.

The Lead Professional Development Phase Coach will be required to manage and coach the professional development phase of the Academy - the Under-18s.

The role will also require supporting the progression of the PDP phase players into the first-team squad and to coach and support the match/training programme of the Under-23s squad where required.

Essential qualifications include UEFA A Licence Coaching Certificate, FA Learning Safeguarding Children Certificate and an FA Emergency Aid in Football Certificate.
