MK Dons will travel to Sky Bet League One rivals Southend United in Round Two of the Carabao Cup.
Paul Tisdale’s men secured their place in Round Two courtesy of a 4-2 penalty shoot-out win over AFC Wimbledon at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.
Southend, meanwhile, came from behind to beat Stevenage in order to book their spot in the second round.
The tie will be played at Roots Hall during the week commencing 26 August. Full match and ticket details will be confirmed in due course.
