Having missed three games following his red card against Peterborough United, Osman Sow is once again available for selection – and the striker can’t wait to get going.
Speaking to iFollow MK Dons prior to the clash, Osman said, “It’s been very tough watching from the sidelines, but it’s all done now – we are all looking forward to a big game on Saturday.
“Everybody needs to do more and work harder to push forward, because now – it’s only about getting three points.
“Everybody at the Club, from the players to the staff knows how important this game is, we need to work hard and come back with the three points.”
Although Sow is yet to play with Ike Ugbo, the 27-year-old took the time to praise the youngster’s ability as well as Chuks Aneke’s quality.
“Ike looks good and is very sharp in training – he’s a great player. Chuks is also a very good player and sometimes with us, the luck has been ‘post out’ but hopefully if we can keep doing the right things, it’ll be ‘post in.’”
The big Swede concluded his interview with a look ahead to Saturday’s crunch match with Northampton Town.
“It’s a huge game at the weekend, everybody is feeling good and we’re all looking forward to it. Everybody is at it in training, so we need to stick together and give everything – hopefully from that, the outcome will be good.”
He added, “The only thing that matters is the three points. I don’t care what the performance is like as long as we get the three points.”
