A date for the FA Youth Cup Fourth Round tie with Colchester United has been confirmed.
MK Dons Under-18s will travel to the Weston Homes Community Stadium on Tuesday 16th January where they will battle it out with the U’s for a place in the last 16 of the competition. Kick-off 7pm.
Please be aware that this date is subject to change should the First Team be involved in an Emirates FA Cup Third-Round replay with Queens Park Rangers on the same night.
Entry on the night is priced at £7 adults, £5 concessions and £3 under-14s while under-8s can watch for just £1.
This is the first time the Dons have competed in the Fourth Round of the FA Youth Cup. Edu Rubio’s side made it through to this stage courtesy of a 1-0 victory over Cardiff City at Stadium MK – a victory secured by a stunning late goal from defender Tommy Hope. The young Dons beat Southend United and Barnet in the First and Second Rounds, respectively.
Colchester, meanwhile, defeated Crewe Alexandra in the Third Round, having previously seen off Cheshunt and Bishop’s Stortford.
