The world's top 16 players will do battle in The Marshall Arena from February 1st-3rd as they compete for the title, live on ITV4.
Michael van Gerwen claimed his fourth successive Masters title when he defeated Raymond van Barneveld in the 2018 final in Milton Keynes.
2014 champion James Wade will be amongst the contenders for his second Masters title, having won the European Championship title last weekend in Dortmund.
The Masters is also set to feature the likes of 2018 UK Open, World Matchplay and Champions League of Darts winner Gary Anderson, World Champion Rob Cross and world number two Peter Wright.
The 16-player field will be confirmed following the 2018/2019 William Hill World Darts Championship.
The three-day tournament begins with four first-round ties on Friday, February 1st, with the remaining four games from round one being played on Saturday, February 2nd.
The tournament then culminates on Sunday, February 3rd with the quarter-finals in the afternoon session and the semi-finals and final in the evening session.
