Kieran Agard hopes to reward the MK Dons fans for their support of the Club over the past 12 months, with a New Year’s Day win over Cambridge United.
Agard & Co entertain the U’s at Stadium MK on Tuesday looking to begin the New Year in a positive fashion.
Dons supporters will be hoping 2019 can bring success to the Football Club and Agard believes that will be nothing less than the fans deserve for their continued commitment.
“We’re very thankful for all the support,” Agard said in his interview with Tuesday’s edition of Red Dot.
“The fans have stuck with us despite a few disappointing times so it’s nice to be able to give them a team fighting at the right end of the table.
"Hopefully we can continue giving them good results.”
MK Dons will be in search of their first league win in four games on New Year’s Day - a result which would see them maintain their place in Sky Bet League Two automatic promotion places.
“We have a job to do on New Year’s Day and we’ll prepare appropriately for that game," said Agard, who has 11 goals to his name this term.
“We are always learning and looking to improve. Everyone here has that mindset and hopefully we can continue to get better as a team.”
