Paul Tisdale and Andrew Cullen addressed a number of topics at the MK Dons Supporters Association Fans Forum, held at Stadium MK on Thursday.

The evening provided Tisdale with his first opportunity to address the fans and answer any questions they had about his first three months as MK Dons manager.

A particular highlight was his message to the supporters about their Football Club. He told those in attendance: “You have a wonderful Football Club. You have a fantastic chairman and the vibe here is warm and friendly. The people who come to watch are good people. The people who work here are fabulous. It’s impossible to get everything right but we have a wonderful starting point.”

Here are some other quotes from the Forum...

Paul Tisdale on Chuks Aneke...
“The window is still open. Chuks has ambitions of playing at a higher level, which is his prerogative. Until the window closes, my focus is on players who can help us get a result on Saturday. That’s not to say he can’t and won’t be part of that moving forward.”

Andrew Cullen on the impact of relegation...
“Relegation comes with consequences for the Football Club. We’ve had to make some tough decisions and sadly we’ve lost some great people but it's necessary if we are going to reboot, rebuild and move back in the right direction.”

Andrew Cullen on Season Tickets...
“We’ve had a fantastic show of loyalty from supporters with 5,000 Season Ticket holders signed up - the same we had at the start of the promotion-winning season.”

Paul Tisdale on Ousseynou Cisse...
“He told me he wanted to be here and that’s a great place to start from. Instantly, he’s become a really good member of our team.”

Paul Tisdale on Osman Sow...
“Osman wants to look at other options. He is in talks with another club and we are in talks with that club for him to move but it hasn’t been concluded yet.”

Paul Tisdale on the possibility for players to come in...
“There has to be some movement before players come in. Either players move or they stay. There are talks from us with other clubs to bring players in to fill their shoes if they move.”

Andrew Cullen on the new kit...
“Paul has assured me that gold is on trend! Pete [Winkelman] has always liked to keep his kits simple but we wanted to go with something more radical. Initially we were just going to go with black and gold but we like kits as set. White has outsold black by 3:1. Sales are up on previous years, not taking into account last year.”

Paul Tisdale on Conor McGrandles...
“He has had surgery to his face. He is at home for a week and then he will start to train without contact. We’ll build that up until the bones are healed. We’re looking at a couple of months - like Peter. It was such a shame for us!”
