Abbie Roberts and England have been drawn in Group B at the 2018 UEFA European Women’s Under-17 Championship finals.
The Lionesses secured their place in next month’s finals after progressing through the Elite Round as Group 5 winners.
England picked up seven points from their three Elite Round fixtures in March, with a 2-0 win over tournament hosts Norway the decisive victory.
MK Dons defender Roberts played 90 minutes in England’s most impressive result – a 4-0 success over Switzerland.
Roberts & Co will now travel to Lithuania for the Finals in May, which also acts as a UEFA’s qualifier for the 2018 FIFA Under-17 Women’s World Cup. There are three available berths for the World Cup, which takes place in Uruguay this winter.
England have been placed alongside Poland, Spain and Italy in Group B. The group stages begin on Wednesday 9th May.
