With the 2018 Player of the Year Awards fast approaching, MK Dons are asking for nominations for Fan of the Year and Young Fan of the Year.
The annual awards ceremony, sponsored by Carey Pensions, will take place at Stadium MK on Tuesday 1st May.
There will be two awards this season –Fan of the Year and Young Fan of the Year – which will recognise supporters who have gone above and beyond to back the Dons this campaign. The two awards are sponsored by the MK Dons Supporters’ Association.
To nominate a Fan of the Year and/or Young Fan of the Year email foty2018@mkdons.com and explain in no more than 250 words why your nominee should receive the award.
Young Fan of the Year must have been under the age of 18 on 31 August 2017. Fan of the Year must have been 18 or over on 31 August 2017.
The last date for nominations is 5pm on Tuesday 17th April. The two winners will then be selected by a panel, which includes executive director Andrew Cullen, and announced at the Player of the Year Awards evening.
Individual tickets for the 2018 Player of the Year Awards are priced at £55. The price includes entry to the awards, a drinks reception and three-course meal, as well as entry to the after-show party.
Tables of 10 can be booked for £500. The price includes two complimentary bottles of house wine as well as the above benefits.
VIP Gold tickets are priced at £75. This package includes an invitation to a drinks reception with the first-team staff and players. You’ll also enjoy a three-course meal seated with a first-team player or member of staff.
Gold Circle tables can also be booked at £695 + VAT. With a gold circle table, you and up to eight guests will be joined by a first-team player or a member of the first-team management, plus their partner. The package includes a VIP drinks reception, three-course meal, event programme and entry to the after-show party.
