Robbie Neilson’s side will hope to repeat their 4-0 away triumph from last season when they visit the ABAX Stadium in September, in one of only two away midweek fixtures on the 2017/18 schedule. What would be better than to end the calendar year than with a win over Posh, Dons fans?
Northampton Town
Home – Tuesday 26th September
Away – Saturday 20th January
The home meeting with the Cobblers will take place under the lights at Stadium MK – can the men from MK1 replicate last season’s thrilling 5-3 success this coming September? The shortest trip of campaign falls in late January and provides Neilson’s team with a chance to record a memorable double, with it falling just seven days after the home clash with AFC Wimbledon.
