MK Dons are looking to extend its corporate hosts team ahead of the 2017/18 season.
Corporate hosts are an essential part of the Dons’ commercial team, assisting in the delivery of an exceptional hospitality experience at Stadium MK.
You will be expected to build relationships with the Club’s corporate clients – from meeting and greeting them on arrival to directing them around the ground and dealing with any client queries, all while providing fantastic customer service throughout their experience.
As well as hosting the area you are assigned to, you will be responsible for distributing programmes, team sheets and also selling the GoalDon Goal matchday scratch card to corporate guests.
The ideal candidates should be highly motivated, flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment, have fantastic customer service skills and work as part of a team.
The role is for matchday only and will include midweek evening work and weekends. On top of your hourly rate, there are opportunities to earn commission.
