Baldock buoyed by attacking displays

1 February 2017

MK Dons have scored nine goals in their last two Sky Bet League One outings, which led George Baldock to rave about the side’s attacking prowess when speaking to MK Dons PlayerHD.

After firing five past neighbours Northampton Town at Stadium MK, the Dons travelled to rivals Peterborough United and secured another three points courtesy of a four-goal display at the ABAX Stadium.

“The boys up front are a joy to play with,” Baldock told MK Dons PlayerHD. “They get the ball out wide early and support me from all different angles.

“They’re doing the business for us at the moment.”

“Sometimes we were trying to be too precise with our crossing which led to poor deliveries. Now we’re getting bodies into the box, so we can just put it into an area knowing the boys are going to attack the ball.
