Frequently asked questions regarding the 2017/18 Season Ticket campaign...
Q. How do I pay for my Season Ticket by direct debit?
All you need to do is complete the direct-debit instalment plan on the application form and post it to the Club or drop it in to the Box Office at Stadium MK or the kiosk at centre:mk. If you do not have a bank account, another person can pay for you using their bank account, whether they are a Season Ticket holder or not.
Q. I paid for my 2016/17 Season Ticket by direct debit and wish to renew for the 2017/18 campaign – what should I do?
If you paid for your 2016/17 Season Ticket by direct debit it will automatically renew for the 2017/18 campaign, with the first payment taken out of your account on 2nd May 2017. All you need to do ahead of the new campaign is let the Club know the size you require for your FREE replica home shirt. You can do this by calling 0333 200 5343, visiting the Box Office/centre:mk kiosk, emailing myfreeshirt@mkdons.com or filling out the Free Home Shirt Offer Application Form.
Q. How do I purchase a Season Ticket if I don’t want to pay by direct debit?
Complete the application form with your payment – cheque, gift voucher or bank details – and return it to us by 4th April 2017 to take advantage of the best possible price. You can post it, visit the Box Office at stadiummk or centre:mk, email boxoffice@mkdons.com or call 0333 200 5343. Cash payments are in person only at the Box Office at Stadium MK.
Q. What will I pay in the event of promotion to the Championship?
If promotion is secured then a new Championship pricing structure will be immediately published. The new Championship prices will apply to anyone who has not renewed or purchased a Season Ticket at the time promotion has been secured.
Q. How do I purchase a Season Ticket for a child who is Under-12?
Under-12s go free for 2017/18 on the condition of purchase of a Young Dons membership (£10), a Young Dons Plus membership (£20) or a clubRed Young Dons membership (£50). A Season Ticket for an adult over the age of 18 must be purchased at the same as the FREE Under-12 Season Ticket. Proof of date of birth will be required at the time or purchase or collection.
Q. How old do I have to be to attend MK Dons matches on my own?
Anyone aged 13 or over is allowed to come on their own to Stadium MK. Under-12s must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
Q. Can I purchase a Season Ticket online?
If you are renewing your Season Ticket for 2017/18 and NOT using the direct debit scheme, you can purchase your Season Ticket online - click here to do so! New Season tickets cannot yet be purchased online.
Q. How do I choose my seat?
You can pick any seat at Stadium MK, as long as it’s not a 2016/17 Season Ticket holder’s seat. The Season Ticket preview stadium tour gives you the opportunity to choose your seat and view, dependent on availability.
Q. If I do not pay by direct debit, will my Season Ticket be automatically renewed?
No. The only way to automatically renew a Season Ticket is through the option on direct-debit payments.
Q. If a seat I want is currently occupied by a Season Ticket holder but becomes available in June, what price will I pay?
If you wish to move your seat after the ‘Movers and Shakers’ week (which allows 2016/17 Season Ticket holders to change seats for 2017/18) you will pay the price equivalent to the price set for that seat at the time you renewed.
Q. Can I choose a seat on the upper tier?
Season Tickets are not on sale in the upper tier.
Q. Will a new Season Ticket card be sent to me?
Our smart-card access system means your existing card will be valid for the 2017/18 season providing you are keeping the same seat. You can save the Club money if you continue to use this card. However, if you would like a new season card then call or visit the Box Office in June 2017 and a new Season Ticket card will be issued. Please bring your old card with you. IF you are moving seats then your new 2017/18 season card will be sent to you in July.

Season Ticket prices have been frozen for the 2017/18 campaign, with adult Season Tickets priced from just £26 a month; over-65s from £15.50 a month and under-21s from £10.50 a month while under-18s are able to enjoy the full 2017/18 campaign from just £2.50 a month.
The Under-12s go FREE offer also remains, meaning the Club’s youngest supporters can watch all 23 home league matches in 2017/18 for FREE when they become a Young Dons member.
