4 December 2017

MK Dons will travel to Queens Park Rangers in the Third Round of The Emirates FA Cup.

Robbie Neilson’s men overcame Hyde United in the First Round of the Emirates FA Cup 4-0 before defeating Maidstone United 4-1 in Round Two last Saturday.

The Dons will be looking to better their Third Round finish from last season where they were eliminated by now-Premier League outfit Brighton & Hove Albion at the Amex Stadium.

Their best finish in the Emirates FA Cup, meanwhile, came during the 2012/13 campaign when they made it through to the Last 16.

This will be the third time the two sides have met in the competition - the Dons famously beat the London club 4-2 in the 2012/13 instalment of the competition.

Queens Park Rangers who play their football in the Sky Bet Championship will be looking to reach the Fourth Round of the Emirates FA Cup for the first time since the 2012/13 season.

The tie is due to take place between 5th-8th January. A confirmed date and ticket news will be announced in due course.

Please note, MK Dons’ fixture with Rochdale will be postponed as a result of the draw, a rescheduled date will be announced in due course.
