Robbo's Dons fully focused

9 September 2016

Karl Robinson and his MK Dons side are fully focused on concluding a constructive week with a positive result at Bolton Wanderers on Saturday.

Robinson’s men will be looking to bounce back from consecutive defeats and make it three wins from four on the road in the league this season.

“I’ve enjoyed the week,” Robinson told MK Dons PlayerHD. “It’s been good to get on the grass and coach this week. The players have responded really well and it’s been a positive one.”

Robinson is aware of the big test ahead against the league leaders as well as highlighting that every game brings its own challenges.

He added: “We have to go into this game fully focused on the job in hand. Even though we play in the same formation, we set up differently within that to suit the team we are playing. We have a very firm base which we work from but every time we play, there will be slight differences.

“With the opposition we are playing, we’ve had to do a lot of out-of-possession work. In the middle third we’ve been okay but we need to be better in the defensive and offensive thirds – we know that.”

Tickets for Saturday's clash at Bolton are priced from £23 adults, £16 seniors/under-23s and £9 under-18s, while under-18s can attend for just £7. They can now only be purchased on arrival at the Macron Stadium - cash only from Block E of the South Stand.
