Ben Reeves made his return from injury in Saturday’s season finale and now the midfielder hopes to maintain his fitness heading into 2016/17.
Reeves came off the bench in last weekend’s clash with Nottingham Forest at stadiummk, featuring for the first time in almost two months having been sidelined due to a niggling muscular injury.
“I was pleased to get out there,” Reeves told MK Dons PlayerHD. “Obviously it was a difficult occasion as it’s disappointing that we’re going down but on a personal level, it was nice to get out there.

“It’s been my worst season, which isn’t hard to see. We finally got to the Championship but I didn’t get my chance because of injury. Hopefully, though, I’ve got to bottom of all of that.
“I just need to make sure I work hard over the summer and be fit for a whole season, next season. I’ve done a lot of work to get back fit and hopefully I can sustain that.
