More minutes for youngster Brittain

31 May 2016

Callum Brittain played his second straight 90 minutes for Throttur Reykjavik over the weekend.

The youngster gained more valuable experience but he was unable to stop his loan club falling to a 1-0 defeat to IBV.

Brittain, who is spending the summer on loan in Iceland after penning professional terms with MK Dons, impressed once again after being named man of the match in their previous match – a 3-1 success over Volsungur in the cup.

Kabongo Tshimanga, also on loan in the Nordics, was an unused substitute.

Next up for Brittain and Tshimanga is a Premier Division clash with IA this Sunday.
