Kay included in Championship Team of the Day

15 March 2016

Antony Kay was named in The Football League Paper’s Team of the Day for his performance in the 1-1 draw with Hull City.

The centre-back scored the Dons’ key goal with a powerful header from Rob Hall’s corner while, at the other end, he helped hold off the third-placed Tigers, whose only way passed David Martin was via a superb free-kick.

Since Kay’s return to the starting XI, the men from MK1 have conceded one goal in three games and claimed five points from a possible nine.
