Jonny Williams hopes the Dons can continue putting in good performances after the international break but also begin turning those displays into results.
Williams put in a Man of the Match outing in Saturday’s Sky Bet Championship clash with Brighton & Hove Albion, where the men from MK1 were unlucky not to come away with a result after missing a penalty in stoppage time.
“It was a tough result to take,” Williams told MK Dons PlayerHD. “We put in a good performance against one of the top two in the division and it’s a shame we didn’t take our chance at the end.
“We played well against Hull too, so we’re showing what we can do against the top teams. Teams are taking us seriously now and they are coming to stadiummk expecting a tough game which is a credit to everyone involved.”

“It’s going to be a huge couple of months and we’ll need all the support we can get from the fans. They were great against (Brighton) and gave us something to drive through in the second half.
“We know what’s around the corner,” the midfielder added. “We’ve got some huge games, three massive relegation battles on our hands.
Williams knows how important those set of fixtures will be.
When the Dons return to Sky Bet Championship action, they travel to a Fulham side who sit one place above them in the table before hosting 20th-placed Rotherham United a week later – those two matches sandwich a tough clash with Wolverhampton Wanderers.
