Shakers sign ex-Don Kay
Bury signed former MK Dons defender Antony Kay, following his departure from Stadium MK.
The 33-year-old, who has signed a two-year deal, becomes the Shakers’ first arrival this summer.
Saturday 18 June
Fleetwood bring in full-back
Fleetwood Town signed defender Michael Duckworth from League Two outfit Hartlepool United.
The full-back had been with Pool for three years and had totalled close to 100 appearances in all competitions.
Cod Army also captured goalkeeper Matt Urwin from non-league side AFC Flyde.
The 22-year-old was part of the Fylde team who reached the first round of the FA Cup last season and the National League North play-offs.
Friday 17 June
Addicks add to their squad
Charlton Athletic signed striker Lee Novak following his departure from Sky Bet Championship club Birmingham City.
Novak became the Addicks’ second signing in a week after midfielder Ricky Holmes’ move from Northampton Town – the 29-year-old, who scored 16 goals in 53 games last season, joins for an undisclosed fee.
Bristol busy in transfer market
Bristol Rovers made winger Byron Moore their second signing in as many days, following the capture of central defender Peter Hartley.
Moore joins from fellow League One side Port Vale while Hartley turned down a contract at Plymouth Argyle to move to the Memorial Stadium.
The Pirates also re-signed a number of their current players, including forward Cristian Montano, Lee Mansell as well as captain Mark McChrystal and star striker Ellis Harrison.
Midfielder moves to Walsall
Walsall will sign Erhun Oztumer on a two-year deal once his contract expires at Peterborough United on 1st July.
The midfielder turned down the offer of a new contract at London Road, where he scored seven goals in 57 games.
Shrews capture Coventry midfielder
Shrewsbury Town signed midfielder Jim O’Brien on a two-year deal.
O’Brien left Coventry City at the end of last season and is currently recovering from a groin injury.
Thursday 16 June
Knott makes Gills switch
Gillingham brought in midfielder Billy Knott from Bradford City.
The 23-year-old, who scored eight goals in 79 appearances during his time at the Coral Windows Stadium, has agreed a two-year deal with the Gills.
Earlier in the week, Gills signed midfielder Mark Byrne after he turned down a new contract at Newport County – Byrne scored three goals in 52 games for the Exiles last season.
Gillingham also re-signed midfielder Aaron Morris on a two-year deal.
Dale take Blades defender
Harrison McGahey will join Rochdale on a two-year contract after leaving Sheffield United.
The defender made 34 appearances during his time at Bramall Lane but was released following the arrival of Chris Wilder.
Wednesday 15 June
Millwall sign winger Worrall
David Worrall has moved to Millwall from League One rivals Southend United.
The 26-year-old has signed a two-year deal with the Lions after scoring nine goals in 84 appearances for the Shrimpers.
Azeez leaves AFC Wimbledon
AFC Wimbledon striker Ade Azeez will join Partick Thistle on 1st July.
The 22-year-old scored 13 goals in 77 appearances for the newly-promoted side but has opted for a move to the Scottish Premiership.
Morris moves to Glanford Park
Scunthorpe United signed Bradford City’s Josh Morris on a free transfer.
The winger, who joined the Bantams last summer, reunites with Iron boss Graham Alexander when the duo were at Fleetwood.
Tuesday 14 June
Cobblers make double signing
Northampton Town signed striker Alex Revell and left-back Raheem Hanley on two-year deals.
Revell joins from the Dons, whom he spent the final few months of last season with, while 22-year-old Hanley moves from the Swans where he didn’t make a first-team appearance.
