Dean Bowditch is excited to see both current and further teammates competing in Euro 2016.
Lee Hodson and Simon Church are part of the Northern Ireland and Wales squads respectively, while ex-players Jonny Williams, George Williams, Will Grigg and Dele Alli are also at the Championships.
“We’ve got a few lads who we all know playing in the Euros,” Bowditch told mkdons.com. “It’s going to be a big thing for us.
“For us to see someone like Dele go to the Euros with England and not just that, but be such an important part of the team, is really exciting – not just for me but for the Club as well.
“It’ll be great if people like Lee and Churchy can play a part and get on the pitch for Wales – that will be great. It’ll also be good to see the likes of Jonny and Griggy as well – he’s on fire!”
He continued: “I am looking forward to it but for different reasons than in previous years. Obviously I want England to do well and I’ll be willing them on but I’ll be keeping my eye on certain individuals too.”
