Dean Bowditch has raised over £1,000 for British Heart Foundation after completing the London to Brighton Bike Ride last weekend.
The MK Dons forward cycled 54 miles from Clapham Common to Brighton and he finished the challenge in four and a half hours.
Donations have flooded in over the past week and Bowditch was eager to thank those who supported him.
“To everyone who donated thank you,” Bowditch said on Twitter. “The money will help someone at some point so thank you so much!
“Finished in four and a half hours after a slow start – managed the ditchling beacon without getting off so pretty pleased.”
