Darren Potter believes Sunday’s Emirates FA Cup tie with Chelsea will be a great experience for him and his teammates.
The Dons take on the reigning Premier League champions this weekend, in a clash which will be played in front of a sell-out crowd at stadiummk and shown live on BBC One – the first time the Dons have ever been on the channel.
“I’m sure most of the lads have been thinking about the game since the draw happened and I’d lying if I say I wasn’t doing the same thing,” Potter told the media. “It’s just the natural thing to do.
“It’s going to be a great experience for everybody involved. We have to make sure enjoy it and do the best thing we can do.”

Potter and co go into their tie with Chelsea on the back of a disappointing defeat to Bolton Wanderers last weekend but the influential midfielder feels it’s important the players put that game to the back of their memory and use Sunday as a welcome distraction.
