Duo leave on loan, Dale departs

1 February 2016

Simon Church and Lee Hodson have both completed loan moves to Scotland, while Dale Jennings has left the Club.

Striker Church has joined Aberdeen, while Lee Hodson will spend the remainder of the campaign at Kilmarnock. Both deals are until the end of the season.

Church signed for the Dons at the start of the campaign and has scored three goals in 27 appearances.

He has, though, been limited to just nine starts due to the impressive form of Nicky Maynard and this move north of the border provides the Wales international with a chance to get games ahead of the European Championships this summer.

Right-back Hodson has made 51 appearances since moving to the Dons in July 2013 but has seen his match action limited this season, featuring just eight times in all competitions.

He joins Killie as they look to avoid the drop in Scottish football’s top division.

Meanwhile, Dale Jennings has left the Dons after the two parties mutually agreed to end his contract.

Jennings moved to stadiummk on a free transfer at the start of the summer but made just two appearances, only one of which was a start.

The Club would like to wish Dale every success for the future.
