Two MK Dons Ladies youngsters have received England call-ups, while two more have been placed on standby.
Abbie Roberts has been selected for an upcoming Under-16s training camp. Roberts, a member of Dons’ Under-16s Regional Talent Club, has previously represented England at Under-15s level and captained the young Lionesses in a friendly with Germany last season.
Roberts’ teammate Maisie Thompson is on standby for the Camp. Thompson recently joined the Dons RTC ahead of the 2016/17.
Meanwhile, Melissa Filis has been selected for an England Women’s Under-15s training camp. Filis has been with the Club for three year and has, in the past, been involved with the Under-14s National Performance Centre.
Finally, Amelia Hazard has been placed on standby for an England Under-17s training camp. Amelia has represented her county previously at Under-15s and Under-16s age groups, playing against Holland and Italy.
