After a three-week absence, Karl Robinson is relishing the chance to lead his side out at stadiummk this afternoon.
“It’s been a while since we’ve been here,” boss Robinson told MK Dons PlayerHD. “The pitch looks in great condition and with close to 20,000 people expected in here tomorrow it’s going to be a really great atmosphere.
“There will be an awful lot of people here tomorrow so it’s going to be a great occasion for us all to be a part of. The reason why we fought to get to this level was for occasions like this and I don’t think anybody will shy away from the challenge.”
Since their last home fixture, the Dons have faced Middlesbrough and Burnley and although they didn’t come away from either game with any points, they did put on two excellent performances – much to the satisfaction of Robinson, who is confident a positive result is just around the corner.
“If we keep playing like we are then we’ll certainly pick up results. It’s easy to forget the two teams we’ve just played are second and third in this league – there aren’t many teams in this division that can cope with them, let alone little us!
“We need to get our feet back on the ground. We need to keep performing like we have been doing but turn our dominance into goals and if we do so then we will be alright.”
Tickets for today's clash with Leeds are priced from £25 for adults, £17 for over-65s and under-21s, £7 for under-18s while under-12s can go FREE with a Young Dons Membership!
