Robbo: Squad striving for points

28 October 2015

Karl Robinson insists his Dons squad will continue giving their all as they look to turn around their recent form.

The men from MK1 began the month with an important draw at Bristol City and a terrific 3-0 triumph against Blackburn Rovers at stadiummk but in their last two Sky Bet Championship outings, away trips to Huddersfield Town and Queens Park, they have been left empty-handed.

“We can’t worry too much about the results that have been because it will have an effect on forthcoming ones,” Robinson told MK Dons PlayerHD. “I know I’ve got some talented players here who will work hard - hopefully we can start turning the results around.

“There’s no disconnection in the group. We’re sticking together and we have belief in each other. The lads have been fantastic, it’s just the results haven’t been what we’ve wanted them to be.

“We are punching well above our weight in this league. Two of our next three games are against first and second but we have to embrace this challenge as a group.”

Robinson’s Dons take on Hull City at stadiummk this Saturday – tickets for the Family Fun Day clash are priced at £12 adults and £1 under-18s, while under-12s can go FREE with a Young Dons Membership.
