Gallagher’s game-time for England

11 November 2015

Sam Gallagher started for England U20s in their first of two games with France on Wednesday afternoon.

The striker played 70 minutes and helped the Young Lions pull the game back to 3-3, but they were eventually edged out in a seven-goal thriller courtesy of an injury-time winner.

Gallagher could also feature on Saturday when the two teams go head to head once again, while Head of Coaching Richie Barker will definitely be on the touchline as he assists Keith Downing.

Cody Cropper, Simon Church and Lee Hodson are also away on international duty for USA U23s, Wales and Northern Ireland respectively.

mkdons.com will continue to provide updates on the quartet’s progress.
