Kyle McFadzean says the Dons fans were a key factor in his decision to commit his future to the Club.
He said: “They've been great from day one and that’s another reason why I've signed.
“We’re only going to get more and more. The Club has only been going 11 years but we've got great fans and they’re only going to get better and better.”
The 28-year-old looks back on his first season with fond memories. He said: “Promotion, the points total we got and the clean sheets, as well as the Man United fixture. It was a dream season really.”
He added: “Obviously this season has been a bit more difficult - we were expecting that though. However, we’re all positive and relishing the challenge.”
The former Crawley Town man believes that there is no limit to the Club’s potential and he’s excited to be a part of things going forward.
McFadzean said: “It’s a Championship club and I got that feel when I first joined. Now we want to stay here, build on it and who knows what can happen.
“I just really wanted to get it sorted so I’m pleased it’s all done. Now I can just look forward to the next two-and-a-half years.”
It's international break this weekend but Kyle & co will be back in action on Saturday 21st November when Fulham visit stadiummk. The day will also play host to the Club's annual Armed Forces Day - serving members can attend for FREE. Click here for full details.
