Family Fun Day a fan-tastic success!

2 November 2015

The Club’s Family Fun Day was a big hit with a crowd of 15,360 turning out at stadiummk on Saturday.

Karl Robinson’s pushed high-fliers Hull City all the way on the field while there was plenty to do off it – the activities kicked off at midday.

Fairground rides, a bouncy castle, a speed cage were part of the 50 stalls and attractions, while children also got the chance to take part in a football tournament run by the Sports and Education Trust.
What’s more, there was live entertainment from three local musicians as Lucan Mills, Nakisha Esnard and Euan Emerton performed half-hour sets for the Arena crowd.

The entertainment didn’t stop pre-match though as fans were treated to a mascot race at half-time, with Donny and Mooie lining up against a field of other local mascots, as well as Hull City’s Roary and Amber.

After the race, which the Hull duo came first and second, football freestyler Daniel Cutting wowed the crowd with his impressive tricks and mesmerising skills.

Also, the Club, in partnership with 360 Play, rewarded Josh Manning for his Halloween costume with an annual pass for him and one parent to visit 360 Play.

The Club would like to thank those who attended and all the companies who helped put on another memorable Family Fun Day.

Saturday 19th March will see the return of the popular event when Brighton & Hove Albion visit – more details will be announced in due course.

Check out a selection of snaps on the Club's Facebook page.
