The Dons will play a local double-header on Saturday 18th July against Newport Pagnell Town and Buckingham Athletic (pictured).
Karl Robinson’s squad will split in half for the two friendlies, with the first group travelling to Newport Pagnell at 1pm and the second visiting Buckingham later in the day at 5pm. Both sides will include a mixture of first-team and Academy players.
Newport Pagnell, nicknamed the Swans, finished 10th in the ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League last season and were pre-season opponents for the men from MK1 back in 2013. They play their games at Willen Road.
Athletic, meanwhile, compete in Division 1 of the Spartan South Midlands Football League and in 2014/15 won the Buckingham Charity Cup. Last pre-season they faced the Dons’ Under-18s at their Stratford Fields ground.
Ticket details for the Newport Pagnell fixture will be announced on mkdons.com in due course, however the prices for the Buckingham friendly are as followed:
