"We're trying to put to bed the negativity and try to rebuild properly,” Robinson told the media. “We've sat the players down and we’ve talked about the basics like we tend do in pre-season.
"We're still only four points adrift of Preston, so our dream is not over - we’ve got an awful lot of football still to play.
"We get the frustration of the fans, but we could now go and win five or six straight games - if we get everybody fit, we can beat anybody in this league.
"There's a slight lack of confidence right now, but that's human nature when things don't go right. If they weren't lacking confidence I'd be questioning their attitude and their determination for the cause.”
