Carl Baker was named in the Football League’s Team of the Week following his display in the 4-1 win over Notts County.
The winger opened the scoring with a neat finish across the goalkeeper before providing the assist for Lewis Baker to make it 2-0. Will Grigg later tapped home a fourth Dons goal from Baker’s long-range effort, which County goalkeeper Roy Carroll could only parry.
Saturday’s showing capped off a fine week for the former Coventry City man, who also set up Ben Reeves’ goal in the 3-1 victory away at Oldham Athletic.
