REACTION
Karl Robinson: "It was another clean sheet and the finish from Bakes was great, capping off a very good performance.

"It’s nice winning games in front of the Cowshed, it’s wonderful. The atmosphere was sensational and you sucked the ball in for us.

"To be 12 points clear of seventh is a tremendous achievement by everyone involved. We are obviously third in the league and we are in good form at the moment – it’s only one defeat in 14 games."

Dean Lewington: "It was a really hard-fought game. They are a top-quality team and we knew it would be a difficult game. They are a team that play well in big games and especially away from home they are really tough team to beat.

"In the end we’ve done enough to win the game. We’re really pleased with the result but also the way we’ve played because for large parts of the game we’ve dominated and played some good stuff."
