Plan those road trips!

18 June 2015

Now the fixtures are out, Dons fans can start to plan their road trips in 2015/16 - and those who travel to every away Sky Bet Championship clash will rack up 5.5k miles!

Karl Robinson’s men will compete in the second tier of English football for the first time in 2015/16 and will kick start their campaign with Rotherham United away.

The Dons and their fans will have to travel approximately 2,717.5 miles for away fixtures throughout the year, if leaving from stadiummk – an average of 118.2 mile per road match. That number, added to the journey back, takes the total close to the 5.5K mark.

The furthest trip for the men from MK1 is to Middlesbrough (pictured) on Saturday 12th September, which is approximately 206.7 miles away from stadiummk. The shortest trip, meanwhile, is to Queens Park Rangers’ Loftus Road – only 53.3 miles from the home of the Dons.
