Downtime in Dublin

Some of the Dons players took to the golf course on Tuesday, as they looked to make the most of their recovery day.

Karl Robinson’s side, currently in Dublin, completed the first of their two three-day blocks of fitness work on Monday and will begin the second set on Wednesday, following today’s rest.

The next three days will involve much of the same work that has been carried out previously – three sessions a day on the beach, grass and then the gym.

After Friday’s work has been finished, the players will have the weekend to recover before they kick start their pre-season friendly schedule at St. James’s Gate on Monday.
