Dons conquer Ram Run for charity

12 January 2015

A Dons representative group completed a wild run at the weekend in support of Leo’s Appeal.

Richie Barker, Damien Doyle, Simon Crampton, Adam Ross, Tom Bromley, Nick Spence, David Down and Ben Campbell were those who took part and conquered the cross country event, with the aim to raise money and help make a positive difference at MK Hospital.

The Ram Run, which took place at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire on Sunday, is a gruelling 12km obstacle course that really puts competitors through their places.

Negotiating over 30 obstacles, including the Bridge of Despair and making their way through freezing water in a covered trench, the team came home in a time of just over two and a half hours.

By making a donation – all of which are much appreciated - you are helping a fantastic cause which provides the best possible care and support to the young patients and their families.
