Dean Bowditch says he and his team-mates are in a good place going into Saturday’s top-of-the-table clash with Bristol City at stadiummk.
“The lads are really confident at the moment, you can tell that every day in training,” he told MK Dons Player.
“Everyone is enjoying themselves and we are going to take that into the game. If you can’t get up for a game like this, you can’t get up for any game – it will be a good one.
“This is a top of the table clash and we’re all really excited for it.”
Like his fellow offensive players, Bowditch has been used in a variety of attacking positions this season, most recently a scoring No.9 role in last weekend’s 5-0 win at Crewe Alexandra – something he believes shows the squad’s quality and adaptability.
He added: “The gaffer’s got some really good attacking players at the moment and they aren’t set in one position either, we can all play in a number of positions across the front four.
“He can adapt his formation or change the way he wants to play against certain teams because of the personnel he has at his disposal. We’re in a good position at the moment but there’s a lot more games to go.”
Tickets for Saturday's clash will be available right up until kick-off from the Box Office, priced at £20 for adults, £15 over-65s, £6 for under-18s and FREE for under-12s with a Young Dons Membership.
