Karl Robinson was named the Sky Bet Championship’s ‘Top Boss’ by The Football League Paper following his side’s opening-day victory at Rotherham United.
Robinson’s Dons beat the Millers 4-1 at their AESSEAL New York Stadium on Saturday to record a victory in their first ever second-tier fixture.
The triumph came courtesy of finishes from Rob Hall, Dean Bowditch, Carl Baker, as well as an own goal from Millers defender Danny Collins, but it was midfielder Ben Reeves who was recognised in the Sun Goals Team of the Week for his all-round performance and the assist he provided for the Dons’ third strike.
The Dons may also have players included in the Football League Team of the Week, once that is announced.
