The Dons will be in search of their ninth, and arguably most important, away league victory against Swindon Town on Saturday.
Karl Robinson’s side recorded their biggest away win for years with a 5-0 demolition of Crewe at the Alexandra Stadium. The Dons led 3-0 at half-time courtesy of a brace from Devante Cole and Dean Bowditch’s neat finish, before Carl Baker and Daniel Powell added to the scoreline in the second half.

Robinson’s men stunned the former Championship outfit by running out to a 5-0 lead before three late goals from the hosts reduced the deficit.
3. Barnsley 3-5 MK Dons, Sat 13th Sep
The Dons responded from a run of four games without a win by putting in an excellent away performance at the SportsDirect.com Park. The men from MK1 led by two goals at the break after a dominant first-half performance, before Ben Reeves extended the lead with a stunning second-half strike. Oldham did pull one back but the Dons were not to be deterred.

There is nothing like a smash and grab away win! Despite spending most of the contest on the back-foot, the Dons left Derbyshire with their first away victory of the season courtesy of a sublime solo goal from Benik Afobe – his first of the league season. Robinson’s men had to dig deep to secure the three points late on, as well as their first clean sheet of the year.
5. Chesterfield 0-1 MK Dons, Tue 19th Aug
