Karl Robinson believes the international break has come at a good time for his MK Dons side.
And the Dons boss hopes the ten-day lay off will provide him and his staff with time to reflect on what has been a solid start to the 2014/15 season.
“I’m pleased we now have a break as it gives us time to reflect on our first 10 league games of the season, and dissect that as a group of staff,” he told MK Dons Player after Tuesday’s match.
“Hopefully we can also get one or two players back fit and the three players back from international duty too.
He continued: “I still think the squad is a very good one and one game doesn’t change my opinion on what I think is a good group. We’ll come back from this break stronger and we’ll come back fighting."
