The 18-year-old played 73 minutes as the Young Lions took the first step towards their ultimate goal of reaching the European Championships.
Alli & co now face host nation Luxembourg on Sunday before going head-to-head with Belgium on Wednesday.
The top two teams from the group will progress to the Elite Qualifying Round, which takes place next spring.
Meanwhile, Alli's Dons team-mates Will Grigg and Ben Reeves could line up for Northern Ireland on Saturday as they take on the Faroe Islands in their first home Euro 2016 qualifier.
