Youngsters included in squad

Karl Robinson has revealed that second-year scholars Harry Hickford and Will Summerfield will be in the squad for Saturday’s clash with Leyton Orient at stadiummk.

Meanwhile, Daniel Powell (hamstring) could be back on the bench and Antony Kay (thigh) will have a fitness test before kick-off.

"I’m so proud of the fact that young kids from MK are getting a chance to play at their football club," Robinson told MK Dons Player. "It does mean that 5% more to them - it’s the team they supported, it’s the team came to watch and it's a team they want to play for. They've done well in training this week and are very talented players.”

Fifteen-year-old forward Hugo Logan will also warm-up with the squad and watch the game from the bench, but he cannot be named on the teamsheet yet due to his age.

Defender Hickford, 17, has recently returned from a successful loan spell at Skrill South side Chelmsford City, while midfielder Summerfield, 18, has continued to impress for the Club’s U18s.
