The win keeps the Young Lions in pole position to qualify for the finals in Hungary in July, with only a draw required against Ukraine on Thursday to secure their place.
Galloway, like in the resounding 6-0 thumping of Montenegro on Saturday, came on as a second-half substitute in the 2-1 triumph over Scotland at Burton Albion’s Pirelli Stadium.
