Leading goalscorer Ben Reeves is declared fit and will start in a Dons attack which also includes Ryan Hall.
Reeves had been struggling with a leg injury sustained in the win at Stevenage on the weekend but will start in his usual number 10 role tonight alongside winger Hall, who replaces Daniel Powell.
The Hall-for-Powell swap is Karl Robinson’s only change from the side which came from behind to beat the Boro last weekend meaning striker Izale McLeod keeps his place as the lone striker.
Loanee James Loveridge, who replaced McLeod at half-time on Saturday, is among the substitutes along with youngsters Brendan Galloway, Giorgio Rasulo and Charlie Burns and midfielder Mark Randall, who is still awaiting his first appearance since joining on a short-term deal.
