George Baldock has been named in The Football League Paper’s Team of the Week for his display in the 2-1 victory over Swindon Town.
The defender put in an assured performance at right-back for Karl Robinson’s side and played his part in limiting the Robins to just the solitary goal. Baldock would also go on to score the Dons’ winner with a superb stoppage-time strike from 20-yards out.
Baldock, who turned 21 yesterday, has featured 36 times for the Dons in 2013/14 and is closing in on his 75th senior appearance.
