4 July 2014

MK Dons are pleased to announce a new and exciting deal with pie specialists Piglets Pantry.

The Worthing-based company are renowned for their award-winning pies, which are all hand-filled with ingredients sourced solely from the UK to ensure excellent quality and superb taste.
What’s more, their pies are substantially larger than comparable brands – a proper football pie!

The new pies - Steak and Ale, Chicken, Gammon and Leek, Chicken Balti and Butternut Squash and Spicy Vegetable - will be available from Dean Lewington’s testimonial fixture on Sunday 27th July via the concessions stands around the concourse.

The Dons will be the latest Club that Piglets Pantry supply to, having started their success story with their home-town team Brighton & Hove Albion, whose fans eat over 8k pies per game – more than any other stadium in the UK!

MK Dons Food and Beverage Operations Manager Stephen Miller said: “Our deal with Piglets Pantry comes as the Club looks to enhance its matchday experience and we feel this partnership will assist us in achieving that.

“After receiving constructive feedback regarding the quality of food served, the Club set up a tasting evening with fans over the summer and Piglets Pantry were the number one choice. We are confident that their vast array of top-quality pies will be to our supporters’ liking.”

Louise Moore, Piglets Pantry Account Manager and Food Lover, said: “Piglets Pantry are delighted to be supplying MK Dons next season and we look forward to bringing our award-winning pies to another great stadium.”
