What are the odds?

28 January 2014

MK Dons go into Tuesday’s clash with Carlisle United as favourites according to Sky Bet, The Football League’s official partner.

Karl Robinson’s side are 23/20 to take three points away from their visit to Brunton Park and close the gap on the play-off places while the Cumbrians, who have lost all four of their matches in 2014, are priced at 21/10. The draw is at 5/2.

The men from MK1, though, have yet to win away from home in 2014, with their last victory on the road coming on Boxing Day against Crawley Town. The Dons beat the Red Devils 2-0 that afternoon and a repeat of that scoreline tomorrow is at 10/1.

Tuesday’s game also sees a host of ex-Dons take on their old side and Robinson’s men will be hoping the curse of the former player doesn’t strike like it did at Ashton Gate two weeks ago.

However, if you think it will then players to keep an eye on, to score at any time, are Lewis Guy (11/4), David Amoo (3/1) and Sean O’Hanlon (14/1).
