Robbo: One game at a time

March is an exciting month for MK Dons but manager Karl Robinson insists he and his side are solely focused on Saturday’s clash with Sheffield United at stadiummk.

He said: “Past games have no relevance on future games. I won’t be using those past results as a motivational tool with our group, I’ll be using the chance to win another football match as a motivational tool.”

History is on the Dons’ side when it comes to meetings between the two teams in Buckinghamshire, having won both encounters 1-0, however Robinson was quick to stress that those successes will have no bearing on the weekend’s fixture.

“I want to win Saturday, I want to beat Peterborough and I want to beat Wolves, but I want to win every game we play. We start Saturday and we can’t look any further on from that.”

“It’s a really challenging month for us with some big matches and it starts on Saturday. We’re excited,” the 33-year-old told MK Dons Player.

After the visit of the Blades, Robinson’s men will take on the likes of Swindon Town, Peterborough United and Wolverhampton Wanderers, the last two also on home soil.Tickets for this match will be available to buy right up until kick-off from the MK Dons Box Office at
